Registration for Whittlesea Cup 2026

Dates

The Whittlesea Cup will take place from Saturday 03 to Sunday 04 October 2026

Age Groups will play on the following days:

Saturday 3rd Oct: U8 - U10 - U12
Sunday 4th Oct: U9 - U11 - U13.

Copa & Liga

Boys age groups have been divided into Copa and Liga so we can place teams in their appropriate level and make the games more competitive.

Copa is for Kangaroo and A level teams.
Liga is for Wallabies/Joeys and B-D level teams.

Please make sure you select the same level of competition your team is playing in the 2026 FV winter season when registering.

Prizes

Trophy for winners and runners up teams (Copa & Liga)
1st Place – Gold Medals (Copa & Liga)
2nd Place – Silver Medals (Copa & Liga)

Fees

Under 8 to 13 – $365 per team

Team registration fees are non-refundable (refund policy).

Please note teams will be guaranteed entry into the tournament only once full payment is made.

Extra Information

In order for an age group to go ahead, a minimum of 4 teams are required. Should this quota not be reached, we may amalgamate age groups or move teams into the most suitable age group.
Once the team is registered, you must send the link so each player can be registered by their parent/guardian. All players must be registered to your team and age group, and hold a valid ID to prove age.

Registrations close Thursday 1st October 2026 unless filled earlier.

Please ensure that you enter your club playing address and not your personal address as the address will appear on the club maps on the website.

Cancellation of the tournament due to force majeure

In the event that the tournament can’t be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the tournament organisers (force majeure*) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence or the tournament organisers, the tournament organisers cannot be held liable by the delegations for any damages, costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, costs for additional orders, financial losses etc.

Under these circumstances, the tournament organisers reserve the right to either retain the entire registration fee and to use it for a future tournament, or to reimburse the delegations after deducting costs already incurred for the organisation of the tournament and which could not be recovered from third parties.
